THE CHURCH IS THE HOUSE OF HOPE

Welcome to the second Sunday of August 2016. Beloved children, do you know that often time, we approach as if we are consumer rather than as a believer that came to fellowship. Many people think of going to church the way they think of going to movie; they get to the church late with no seriousness of lateness and leave the church early. Some came to church to show off, some also think that church is one place called social garden. Some have this mentality towards the church. Beloved, that is not the way to go to church to worship the Lord. Church is a place of worship. It is the house of God, and believers are the family of God. So we need to change the way we think about it. Time spent is a time of communing with the Creator. And we should not go to church merely to have our need met. Sometimes, people will hop around different churches because they like the style of music at one or the teaching at another church. But that is actually not good for us. Beloved children, we need a consistent place so we can get consistent theology. We also need a place where we could be accountable to those who know us and can check in with us and help us in life as we also help in ministerial assignments that may be given unto to us do. We all need a place to develop our gifts and serve the Lord better. The church is meant to bring hope to the hopeless people, hope to the hopeless situation, to bring hope to battered destinies, Job14:7-9. These verses tells us what the church stand for. The church is meant to bring you closer to your creator to prepare you for rapture. Stand to your feet this morning to receive this prophesy. I stand to prophesy to battered destinies here this morning to receive uncommon favour, a miraculous turn around in Jesus name. Let me hear you victorious Amen. I prophesy to all that are been afflicted to get up from their sick beds in Jesus' Name. I prophesy those that are marked for sudden death to receive Zoe of Jesus. I prophesy to those that are owing some money, to lift up their right hands to receive this, that your right hand will be touched by Jesus's right hand for a release of abundance of grace to pay all your debts in Jesus' Name. I prophesy that from this moment you will begin to manifest His glory in Jesus' Name. Shalom!!!
